Resale and New Homes For Sale

Below you may find homes available for resale.  If you are interested in a property listed, please review the income limits to determine if you are within the income level required for property.  To view income limits and buyer requirements go to Buyer information. In addition, to income qualifying there is criteria and resale restrictions that must be followed and may vary by development, go to Affordable Tracts listed by development to find the restriction documents for the property you may be interested in. The City will review your application upon completing and meeting all the requirements and criteria as listed under buyer information and will determine if you are eligible and in compliance.

Currently there are no homes for resale.

The City from time to time may have an outstanding agreement with a developer and is required to construct as part of their project a percentage of their homes as affordable. These are minimal, but on occasion are available.  If you are a prospective home buyer and would like to know the buyer requirements go to Buyer information.  In addition, to income qualifying there is criteria and resale restrictions that must be followed and may vary by development, go to Affordable Tracts listed by development to find the restriction documents for the development you may be interested in.  If you would like to get updates on what may become available for sale,  complete the Homebuyer Interest Form below.

PORTALVO

Coming Soon! PORTALVO has two Affordable, one 1-bedroom and one 2-bedroom Low-Income Homes available for sale. A lottery will take place on August 24, 2023, to provide opportunity to all that may qualify for one of these two homes. For further details on these homes and to register to participate in the drawing go to Portalvohomes.  All individuals who are registered on the Portalvo website will automatically receive an email announcing the date and time of the drawing, as well as directions for connecting to the virtual event.  If you are interested in homeownership and would like to know what the buyer requirements are, go to the Buyer link.
