Westview 2 Conceptual Rendering
The Villages at Westview Phase II will be a 50 apartment affordable development. It will include 44 one-bedroom apartments and 6 two-bedroom apartments, community facilities, and parking. The project will be developed by the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura (HACSB) with BRIDGE Housing serving as co-developer, as part of the redevelopment of Westview Village. Project financing is anticipated to include Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and a HACSB land loan. Ultimately the project will be owned by a to be formed limited partnership; the general partner will be an LLC with Homecomings, Inc., an affiliate of HACSB, as the managing member.
