PROGRAM SUMMARY

The Affordable Housing section is responsible for implementing and monitoring the City’s Affordable Housing Program. To ensure continuing affordability we monitor resale and rent activity of the City’s existing 800+ income-restricted units.

The program also includes rehabilitation programs for low income residents. In addition, the program seeks to expand housing opportunities through various grant opportunities and funding sources and partnerships with private developments.
